Have you ever walked through a season where you wondered, “Am I really growing?” “Am I really on the right path?”
Maybe you’ve felt tired, overwhelmed, or like your heart’s soil has grown dry. I’ve been there too. But God’s Word promises that when we walk with the Spirit, we don’t have to force fruit—it begins to grow naturally, like wildflowers in a field watered by grace.
In Galatians 5:22–23, we find a beautiful list of what a Spirit-filled life begins to look like:
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”

These nine attributes aren’t something we have to force. They’re not a to-do list that we can just check off. They are the natural result of walking with the Holy Spirit. The Bible refer to them as gifts from the Lord. They develop slowly and your relationship grows deeper with God.
These amazing gifts aren’t just nice character traits—but they’re evidence that the Holy Spirit is at work in us. They bloom slowly, quietly, and deeply. Sometimes we don’t notice them growing, but others do. And when the winds of life blow, these fruits are what keep us
God talks to us about how He has began a good work in us and will be faithful to complete his work in us. (Philippians 1:6). This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about being planted in Him. It’s about showing up each day with a willing heart, letting His Spirit shape us into women who reflect Jesus—mothers, daughters, wives, friends, and creators who bear His image and His fruit.
So whether you feel like you’re in full bloom or just barely budding, this journey is for you. Let’s grow together—one fruit at a time.
You are not behind. You are becoming. And He is faithful.
